HOW LONG WILL EACH CIRCUIT OF EXERCISES TAKE?
Completing one entire circuit of exercises will, in most cases, take less than 10-minutes to complete. The most important thing is to go at your own, comfortable pace and to let your breathing dictate your cadence, never going faster than you can breathe! Completing all three circuits’ including the rest intervals, at any level, is achievable in less than 30-minutes!

WHAT IF I CAN’T COMPLETE AN EXERCISE FOR THE RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF REPETITIONS?
If you can not perform an exercise for the recommended repetitions in a set (15 for Beginner; 12 for Intermediate; 10 for Advanced), you do not perform that exercise in the successive set(s) until you can. i.e., if you can not perform 15-reps of the Squat & Reach in the first set, you will not attempt that exercise in the 2nd or 3rd sets. You must build-up and earn this ability. You can do it! This model of progression is outlined further in the Evolution Solution in your printable Companion Guide on the DVD.

WHY IS IT NAMED THE STAIR/TABLE/CHAIR PUSH-UP?
The goal for the BEGINNER exerciser is to gradually bring this exercise, the push-up, to the floor. Working in a progression from high to low, this exercise begins with the Wall Push-Up, and then the video shows the Table Push-up in Beginner Two exercises. You can also attempt this exercise on a flight of stairs, from a sturdy high counter-top or from the back of a sturdy sofa or chair. Either way the goal is to meet the suggested progression (15 terrific repetitions for 3-sets over nine non-consecutive exercise bouts) then move to the next level of exercise. Not everyone has a heavy coffee table like the one used in the video. This process is outlined for you further in the DVD Companion Manual on page 31.

DO I NEED AN EXERCISE MAT?
If you can perform the exercises on a padded carpet surface than you probably don’t need an exercise mat. If however you do not have access to perform these exercises (especially the ones on the floor) on a padded carpet surface or you need/enjoy the additional padding of a mat, then you should get an exercise mat. A good mat is at least 3/8” thick. You can purchase exercise mats
here.
